These adjustments to the way we interact with people and things are essential since our nature determines our perspective, thoughts, and behaviours. Language and idea communication are natural processes. Nowadays, everything is done through media content, primarily through short-form literary content, cinema, videos, and graphics. When learning is immersive, social, and gives students creative flexibility, people—mostly students—are more engaged. Another illustration would be funding for academic, athletic, and other programmes at educational institutions for students. The expense of current events, pandemics, wars, and political turmoil can have a significant impact on these educational institutions.

It makes sense to inquire about whether specific academic institutions also support private interests in the context of mixed funding. Additionally, publicly supported academic institutions could still have their own goals, such as establishing a reputation, being competitive, and making money off of it. According to individual scholars, the intense competition in academic research provides fertile ground for academic dishonesty (see, for example, Cartwright and Menezes, 2014).

Many educational institutions follow a code of conduct or a strategy that, occasionally, has nothing to do with students or education but is instead based on exploitation, monetary gain, and dominance. The goal of academics or education is to enlighten students’ lives for the future—not for immediate satisfaction or financial gain. This not only affects students, but also teachers, professors, and staff members that interact with pupils in a learning environment.

“One must compare the working environment for highly educated employees, such as life scientists, in both to gain an understanding of what drives researchers to go from academia to industry. Scientists working in industry report substantially higher levels of satisfaction than those in academia, according to a recent poll involving over 3,000 researchers as participants (Woolston, 2021). Industry researchers are more hopeful about their future jobs.

Regarding professors, teachers, and teaching assistants, many careers in academia are not suitable for the positions they hold, the nature of their jobs, or the internal and external difficulties they face. The lack of financing, inflation, and political conflicts have all contributed to a teacher and student shortage in academia. Additionally, many academics labour under fixed-term contracts, while professionals in the business hold permanent positions with decent pay. Many educators chose employment or careers outside of educational institutions due to a lack of pay or tangible advantages, which results in a shortage of teachers, strikes, and political unrest.

Even at its most affordable price, most aspiring college students cannot afford it. Many young people are academically gifted but lack the resources to devote themselves to obtaining higher education. In addition to students, financing for academic research and programmes has occasionally become limited or restricted due to the ROI or funding procedure. Although these institutions play important roles in society, the academic system as a whole has several problems. Many political and ethical challenges exist in academia, including stereotypes, gender inequality, financial inequality, racial inequality, and the price of a degree, to name just a few.

Education is only one aspect of academia.

As an illustration, this literary work is nothing more than applied academia. That is how I have described it for myself throughout my writing career. Even though I am creating this form of art myself, I continue to use the knowledge I gained during my academic experience to hone my literary abilities. I believe that rather than using predetermined curricula, the future of education should be based on a child’s interests. The period we are in has demonstrated that millions of individuals are acquiring knowledge through media and information.

The structure of schools might be much better, the atmosphere could have much more flexibility, and assisting in the discovery of intellectual and personal talent may spark a universal dynamic universe. In a nutshell, kids with similar interests might hang out with their peers who share their interests, aspirations, and objectives. They will grow more quickly in their learning because they are a group of motivated individuals. Project-based assignments and projects could be used in the classroom to complement this structure and environment.
